To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從做左牛角集團會員(原先係因為成日食牛涮鍋所以加入😂😂 後來食多左牛角),每次食燒肉都放棄韓燒。因為愛上日本燒肉既味道,最重要係肉一早腌好而且有多種口味選擇。原先覺得牛角貴同分量不多,但精明既我計落每碟分量不及韓燒多 但價錢相對相宜 因為同一個價錢呢到可以叫多幾款不同既肉,而韓燒可能淨係食到個豬五花好啦廢話小講,友人生日一行五人無預約情況下係繁忙時段前入座。會員優惠卷換左一份牛套餐,誰不知聰明既朋友無聽人講叫多一份。可知道份套餐有牛胸肉 和牛粒 壺漬牛肋肉 etc 多叫一份實在係有挑戰大胃王既念頭因爲我地仲叫左兩個牛角飯, 拉麵,豬頸肉x2,沙律,泡菜豬,蝦,帶子。。。。。。。。仲未數完 所以話專心上堂既重要性,最後係食唔哂仲要哂牛角飯 (評分 9/10)可知道呢一個唔係普通既飯,中意紫菜既我認為加紫菜入任何食物都咁好味我試過加朱古力 shuuu~ 當然呢到就係要加最重要既牛角燒肉汁,令呢個飯更升一級。蛋黃蝦 (評分:7/10)蝦肉質爽而且鮮,不是我最憎既玻璃蝦 但蛋黃醬加熱又有另一番滋味。但整體係好食既辣味豬五花肉 (男友評分:8/10)由張相都見到牛角落醬從不手軟,豬五花分佈平均

可以選為呢到第一位,有九菜同泡菜再加蒜係底 上面加上辣汁既豬五花 當煮熱之後 泡菜會有汁豬五花更入味而且唔會老,送飯一流
