一個字講唒:甜😂但部分cake既層次係真係調得幾好。首推紙包檸檬茶($62)同菠蘿包($65),前者伯爵茶mousse同佛手柑奶酪相得益彰,而家用茶做甜點算係好common 既賣點,但以佛手柑入膳就唔係度度都見到;後者係個個打卡必選甜點,基本上你係ig一search 佢間店就會見d人食「依個包」 :0) 一食令我留下最深刻印象既係嗰舊用海鹽馬斯卡彭忌廉整既「牛油」,用coconut mousse異常地夾,明明係甜點係食落有一種令人上癮既鹹香。可惜兩者都太漏啦,食完嗰下我以為自己會有糖尿,途中waitress 應該自動波過來refill 左至少五次水😂I feel so sorry for that my dear🥰至於黑白奶罐($65),係真係令我幾失望下🤥太甜啦ching!我已經唔係講緊佢個白朱古力殼,而係講ing佢既海鹽焦糖奶凍,甜到你食兩啖即夠喉😂奶罐底層既冧酒牛油蛋糕幾重冧酒味,但問題係太濕,或者係成個配搭出左少少事,令到整體既味道好「嗆」,唔夠耐吃~但無論如何,我覺得依間餅店係點都值得去一次,淨係打卡都值回票價🥳
