I have been to here for more than 3 years and the services in the past few months has been disappointing and heart breaking, and I probably will not step into it any more. Not notifying us the last order time, not listening to what the customer says and make me repeat myself, attitude being quite rude, clearing the table and the veggie appetizer (more than half portion left) without asking the customer... these are just the few examples and any restaurants, not to mention a slightly premium posi
Not notifying us the last order time, not listening to what the customer says and make me repeat myself, attitude being quite rude, clearing the table and the veggie appetizer (more than half portion left) without asking the customer... these are just the few examples and any restaurants, not to mention a slightly premium positioned restaurant, should avoid these kind of mistakes. I expect a little more when we have to pay $400 per person and there are other 串燒 resto in HK.
The food is not bad but the services demands desperate and meaningful room of improvement. I have given it too many shots to come back.
