To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一碗軟腳蟹黑松露忌廉麵 有頭髮

點咗碗軟腳蟹黑松露忌廉麵 當時情況是差不多食咗一半啲麵 之後開動食嗰軟殼蟹 跟住用食具從隻蟹中間斬斷 係蟹炸過的表面上發現有條好長的頭髮 還是一條又長又卷的頭髮 當時即刻叫職員換一份 職員當時也過黎驗證過係頭髮 跟住佢就快快手換咗一份畀我 我當時冇影相留底 同我講唔好意思 但後來換一份 我基本飽咗 跟住想試下隻蟹 但因為有前一次發生的事 我就攞起隻蟹睇下 跟住我又發現隻蟹係炸的表面有頭髮 我就切開咗 發現真係頭髮 但因為我係切斷咗 所以變咗兩截 但兩截都見到係一條黑色 又長的頭髮 跟住問店員 店員就同我哋講 話呢個係特色 唔係頭髮 後來我話之前嗰條卷髮你哋又承認係 幫我換一碗 宜家呢條都係 就話我亂吵
