同朋友食嘢,我建議呢間泰式餐廳,原來佢之前經過元朗都已經有留意,心有靈犀咗。朋友點咗炭燒豬頸肉煎蛋飯。第一口食落去有淡淡蜜糖燒烤香味,好惹味。豬頸肉厚切,口感好正,唔會燒到乾身,仲有少少肉汁。淨係為豬頸肉都值得encore。乾炒大蝦金邊粉炒得好乾身,條條分明。金邊粉調味好足,青檸嘅酸味、和是拉差辣椒嘅微辣、魚露鮮鹹味配合得好好。旁邊仲有勁多花生,真係還原泰國食嘅金邊粉。當然唔少得海,有足足三隻爽口新鮮大蝦。仲加$25點咗個小食share,黃金蝦餅。蝦餅好爽口彈牙,入邊真係見到切粒蝦件。飲品方面,珍多冰有驚喜,上面配咗椰奶奶泡,似奶蓋嘅感覺。椰奶份量好充足,唔會似坊間咁食到最後冇晒味。朋友就點咗泰式檸檬茶。佢兩個月前去完泰國,直稱同泰國嘅一模一樣。
