🔖美國頂級牛頸脊+岩手縣和牛壽喜燒燉飯套餐 HKD548 ▶︎ 壽喜燒非常正嘅關西風壽喜燒,更有專人幫手燒,唔怕整錯。一開始會落brown sugar係鍋上,煮成焦糖。然後再落牛油、大蔥等煎香,再煎牛肉。煎製過程中已是香氣撲鼻,令人垂涎三尺。和牛比較有油香,而牛頸脊肉味濃郁亦好嫩滑,味道好正。食完牛肉,店員會再煮蔬菜拼盤,有洋蔥、娃娃菜、鴻喜菇、冬菇,蔬菜吸晒醬汁味道,香濃甘甜。最後,店員會將黑松露燉飯放落鍋煮,壽喜燒汁同奶油煮埋一齊,收乾汁形成risotto,味道既creamy,又食到香甜嘅壽喜燒汁味,層次鮮明豐富,為整個套餐好好作結。整個壽喜燒味道真係冇得彈。︎ ▶︎刺身拼盤可惜當日爐壞了,試唔到串燒拼盤,但刺身都好正,非常鮮甜,味道好好▶︎明太子玉子燒玉子燒真係必食,表面有大量明太子醬加飛魚籽,食落超濃郁,而蛋本身非常清甜,高湯味鮮而不會太濃太咸,兩者非常夾▶︎唐揚爆谷雞細細粒的唐揚炸雞,炸得香脆又不會過老,味道好。配上蛋黃醬、茄醬、蜜糖芥末醬,梗有一種你鍾意,亦令炸雞味道更多變化及層次▶︎手搖冷泡水果茶 HKD+28有好多味道選擇,今次揀咗柚子加鴨屎香烏龍茶,柚子味甘,不會太甜,配上烏龍茶

芝士蛋糕面灑有砂糖,以火槍炙燒,形成焦糖表面,再灑上玫瑰花瓣。而芝士蛋糕本身亦帶玫瑰味,頗香

🔖 開心果雜莓芭菲 HKD118
好靚嘅芭菲,非常用心,層次豐富,開心果味香濃,超好食。而且插有牛奶妹朱古力、pocky、雪糕筒、macaron等,非常靚且有童心。可惜餐廳表示就嚟唔做芭菲,想試嘅朋友要盡快去試啦
