To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日來到觀塘行街，搵到呢間新派點心店，食物款色夠特別之餘，擺盤精緻，打卡一流，同同事或者同屋企人去食野都唔失禮！有時真係好過去酒樓，價錢都好抵，茶錢先$8一位。🔸一龍大滿足有6款點心，每款一粒，要同朋友猜包剪揼揀食咩啦哈哈。不過好在試到鐘意既，可以再encore個一款。蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃最好食，面頭有粒粒魚籽，增加鹹鮮味又有卜卜既口感。🔸脆脆富貴紅米腸粉呢個我好鍾意，腸粉皮包住類似係春卷，要趁熱食，咬落會好脆口，如果放太耐先食涷左就唔脆，會淋左架喇。點甜酸醬又得點豉油又得。🔸鳳尾蝦多士隻蝦都幾新鮮，多士夠脆口。🔸炸饅頭豬柳漢堡呢個都算係特色野，中西炸饅頭配西式既豬柳漢堡，又幾好食喎。中間仲有少少沙律醬同椰菜絲，食落唔會好乾，做到好似漢堡咁，但炸饅頭又有好脆既口感，幾得意。🔸羊肚菌瑤柱雞湯個湯好足料，真係羊肚菌同兩三件雞件係到，有飲得出無落味精。係屋企自己煲又無咁好心機，又無咁多時間，出黎飲返碗滋潤下都唔錯。📍 #龍點心 (#觀塘美食)觀塘觀塘道398-402號Eastcore1樓4號舖
