有兩晚想來可惜有人包場,今晚終於在openrice 訂到枱,而且還有七折,準時入席,高級感滿滿,店員招呼賓至如歸。前菜三點是凍食,先從味道淡而甘香的黑梅焙螺肉到濃滑奶香的蟹肉牛奶糕,最後是甜蜜的華梅串茄粒。黑松露松葉蟹肉茶碗蒸有一粒粒香菇和松葉蟹肉片在面頭,蒸蛋軟熟又有上湯味道,清甜得很。愛知縣目光魚薄身切片,中間魚肉結實,又鮮甜。熊本產尺長茄子中間軟熟,外皮香脆。日本海老長身,蝦肉鮮甜結實,配柚子鹽一流。北海道帆立貝厚身彈牙,中間剛熟,拿捏得宜。最後是甜點蕃薯糕,有三款蕃薯從紫薯到甜心蕃薯,甜蜜香口。壽喜燒有三款肉分別是安格斯肉眼、西班牙黑豚肩和北海道十勝和牛肉眼,日本無菌蛋黃和醬油,每款的肉味都能夠仔細品嚐到。配合不同蔬菜油兵庫縣的洋蔥和炸過的絹豆腐及角粉,都是用心製造特別的食材。清酒煮蜆湯夠鮮甜解膩。
