To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日又去撐枱腳食omakase啦，位置好方便，收工直接過去好快，出地鐵口之後都唔使行好遠。店裏面嘅環境好好，服務員嘅服務都好到位，餐具非常漂亮精緻。前菜有菜之花加柴魚，蝸牛已經處理好內臟，口感很爽脆，螢光魷魚擺盤非常精緻，食起身未到非常鮮，配上柚子汁，口感黏口味道非常之搭。有幾款壽司，我覺得非常值得推薦扇貝壽司，上邊有柚子皮扇貝非常鮮甜，食起身仲有淡淡的柚子清香。鮫鰈魚, 頂部有一小塊是魚的不同部位，質細嫩柔軟，吃下有點點清甜味，油分十分充足。大分縣深海池魚, 相對其他硬身少少，魚肉特別肥美，魚肉紮實，肉質紮實彈牙，上面放柚子胡椒醬作點綴，鮮香濃郁四溢。靜岡縣產金目鯛, 肉質非常鮮嫩,鱼肉具有甜香浓郁的味道，颜色浅粉，肌理紧实，口感肥而不腻，脂肪豐厚,味道濃厚，有點輕輕炙烤的香氣，搭配九州博多的蔥，味道很特別。北海道北極貝, 有種天然独特的鲜甜味道，貝肉鮮甜得來又口感爽脆，滋味一流! 青森縣三文魚子, 保存了三文魚籽的天然色澤及鮮味，魚卵粒粒飽滿、晶瑩剔透，入口滲出點點甜香, 還摻透著淡淡的醬油香味, 口感一流。甜品係抹茶奶凍，上面有盒日本黑豆非常Q彈，好濃嘅抹茶味，奶味亦都非常之足味
