To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向都深明好多老店服務態度ma ma地...但食物好食都會忍唔住去幫襯. 冇服務, 為左食都會忍!! 但對呢間係激怒, 忍無可忍.一行8人, 伙計分配左一張大枱俾我地, 當然, 收費小菜佢地"毫不吝惜"咁俾左6碟我地. 叫了10個菜 (不計3個甜品). 老伙計當然不斷推介貴價海鮮小菜, 出慣嚟"食"嘅我地已經好醒地全部唔叫. 點知上枱時, 來了2個菜, 見碟鵝片超大碟, 已經奇怪地問伙計係咪轉左加大.伙計答係...因為我地例牌唔夠食~ 自動幫我地加大. 好"體貼", 原來佢地對我地食量仲清楚過我地自己!!!!叫佢地其他改返例牌, 解釋左因為我地已經叫左10個菜仲要食甜品. 其中一個伙計黑面啤一啤我地就走去counter, 以為佢改單, 點知又搵另一個老伙計嚟, 同我地講:"冇例牌ga, 得加大". 我問:"你地d 菜平時都冇例牌ga?" 佢好理直氣壯地答:"有, 不過你地坐大枱, 就一定要加大". 嘩~你d收費理由同d海鮮價一樣層出不窮!! 就算真係有咁規則你入坐時講明呀~!! 極度過份!! 今時今日咁嘅態度, 望你快d 執!! 如果唔係唔想掃其他朋友慶, 必定拍枱走人唔食!! 九龍

極度過份!! 今時今日咁嘅態度, 望你快d 執!! 如果唔係唔想掃其他朋友慶, 必定拍枱走人唔食!! 九龍城選擇多..唔會去啞氣吞聲縱容呢d食店!!
環境方面, 已經唔要靚裝修, 不過都唔好一邊食一邊長期有幾隻小強係d牆身走嚟走去(我地坐貼牆).
食物方面, 食左如下嘅野:
1) 大眼雞 --- ok啦, 都好難整得難食.
2) 鵝片 --- 已經加大左, 成二百幾蚊. 應該豆腐件數多過鵝片好多. 味道合格啦.
3) 方魚肉碎 + 蠔仔粥 --- 無味!! 又唔係多料. 難食..以前自己食緊醫院入面d病人粥, 可能醫院仲好味d.
4) 蘿白餅 --- 呢個叫做好食d. 似炸蘿蔔糕, 除左油d, 佢地叫食到有蘿蔔味.
5) 椒鹽吊桶 --- 上枱時已經涷晒. 有3湯匙油係碟底, 冇椒鹽味. 又係差~
6) 蠔餅 --- 差差差!!! 見到炸到索晒d油唔止, 仲要入面d粉張係又多又濕, 一pat 糊咁. 又食唔到蠔味.
7) 雞油豆苗 --- 幾好. 又係..好難整得難食嘅一樣.
8) 白灼花螺 --- 幾好. 白灼左, 細細粒, 都有鮮味.
9) 蟶子 --- ma ma地. 上枱時d肉甩晒, 又係涷涷地. 炒得有d過火左..個汁ok啦..唔算好好味.
甜品唔想寫...冇咩特別. 食完d咁嘢主菜同受完氣...除左想快d走..對其他都已經冇咩興趣.

呢間野..真係請我都唔再去.
