To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

電話再三確定這是D類食肆才訂枱,因為不想吃得大急趕,但入座後才知被安排在B區,提出疑問無人給我們確實答覆是否須要轉枱或提議安排轉枱,只好張就,到將近十時,我們想再坐一會而且還有紅酒未喝完,於是向一名據知是主任的職員查詢是否須要安排轉枱,結果換來一肚氣,該主任先說D區無位,但我們眼見是有的,最大問題是他的不耐煩惡劣態度,好像是我們給他找麻煩似的便走開了,本來好好的一餐都敗慶了,食物再好也徒然,於是只好十時結賬離開,沒有下一次!
