To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為要趕在10點前食野,於是去佐呢呢一帶都有好幾間米線鋪,一心想食酸菜魚,本來打算去食十三姨,驚唔夠時間,就經過門口,俾佢問口張海報吸引到,覺得都算幾似樣,就入去啦,唔好浪費時間,間鋪夜晚9點幾呢時間段都算幾多人,唸住應該味道都可以啦,真係唔好有希望之余失望更.我地坐樓上,完全無人理,可能D阿姐趕收工,唔多想理我地.就因為佢既圖片,我地叫佐水煮魚同酸菜魚各一份$88,點佐D其他小食,點知一拎到面前果2盤野,我真心啞佐,我地3個人都分唔出水煮魚同酸菜魚既分別,我問個阿姐,邊碗係水煮魚,佢好似未訓醒甘睇下張紙仔先答我,我可以講,正常人都知水煮魚同酸菜魚既分別啦,都算,當係你鋪頭既特色,但係樓下果2張海報完全係唔同,嚴重違反商品說明條例,甘好心唔好貼甘大張出來誤導人地啦,甘做生意,都唔會有回頭客,先唔好講賣相,味道係分別,2碗係分開酸同辣.D魚呢好腥又硬,得果幾塊,而且碗野根本就係一碗大碗D既米線,$88碗仲要,我心入面只係覺得呢間餐廳好唔老實,由海報到餐牌,都係欺騙緊食客,最諷刺既就係收銀台竟然有張食神滔哥既合照,入面既水煮魚就係海報上面既,呢一餐食得好激心,唔會有下次,真係請我來食都唔想
