叫咗炸豬扒配滷肉飯,餐牌上面已經寫明要20分鐘嘅製作時間,我都有心理準備,但係我等咗七個字都仲未有得食。。。其實就唔係好明點解要煮咁耐講返味道,個豬扒係即炸,上到枱熱辣辣脆卜卜,不過一放咗一陣就凍咗變成好硬好乾,除非你有即刻食曬佢嘅能力,否則你就會發現佢會變得唔好食另外個滷肉飯同台灣嘅滷肉飯有好大差距,佢有好多肉碎但味道完全唔係台灣滷肉飯嘅味道,只係似紅燒肉碎飯嘅感覺,所以我覺得並唔算正宗朋友叫咗牛肉麵佢都話覺得一般,因為成個湯底非常之甜

朋友叫咗牛肉麵佢都話覺得一般,因為成個湯底非常之甜
