To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

9月30日來午飯, 坐在外面對海景. 比較好味的是白灼蝦, 蒸"火點"和京都肉排. 其他即不OK,但價錢很經濟- 炒菜心:十分多油- 炒蜆(送):頗spicy, 部份臭, 應不新鮮, 故用spicy味掩蓋- 粉絲蟹煲:蟹味浸入粉絲,連多薑,很好味, 不過只蟹就很瘦, 肉縮晒- 蒸扇貝:不新鮮, 有點"un"因檯的位置看到廚房, 大廚炒甚有鍋氣,所以是來料問題. 可能海鮮都是一分錢, 一分貨
