To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為係灣仔返工, 如果唔係, 真係無乜機會去克街呢頭~ 上星期lunch時間, 同事提意0黎克街呢間試試~ 舖地方唔算太大, 但午市人流亦唔算少~ 好彩早0黎到同事要左雞皇粥($25), 入面有生菜同雞絲, 同事無講好亦無講唔好, 我諗味道一般而己. 而我就要左豬潤牛肉粥($35) 同事同我都覺得有0的貴, 牛肉ok豬潤都幾爽口幾新鮮, 而我地都share 一糉($15), 反而我覺得0的糉食完之後有0的口喝呢度服務都ok, 午市時間個老細都企係門口安排位, 同埋都好有禮貌, 見到0的人order 完野一陣仲未0黎到0既話佢會好主動去同佢地追, 好少等到0的人出聲嘈先去追單, 幾好
