To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

⍥ 酸魚拼四喜烤夫兩款前菜都唔差我地好快食晒😋⍥ 大都烤鴨（半隻）睇落好似好少不過三人食淺嚐我覺得都夠皮唔太脆勝在唔會太肥有鴨香好彩零so味如果唔係我實食唔到😭😭配菜可以再比多啲唔夠唔知可唔可以免費refill😌蒸皮每塊都有紙隔住係細心位不過蒸皮厚身左啲而且好快凍😅⍥ 元貝鴨絲羹好似好足料但實際唔知有幾多鴨肉😂當佢碗仔翅咁食食完都ok飽🤧⍥ 黑椒雙蔥爆蝦球蝦彈牙又爽口好惹味餸飯無得頂⍥ 乾煸四季豆😆點都要食下蔬菜唔會太鹹正常發揮⍥ 淮揚灌湯小籠包熱焫焫皮唔算厚不過好容易爛漏晒啲精華😤😤⍥ 黃金蝦仁炒飯黃金即係鹹蛋黃係一個充滿膽固醇嘅炒飯🤣雖然睇相好似會粒飯都比鹹蛋黃包裹住但食落又唔會好香蛋黃邊上唔會太膩但炒得好乾身而且有成十隻蝦🤣又係幾彈牙爽口整體呢個飯有啲唔值呢個價鹹蛋黃教到人唔上唔落我覺得性價比唔高🤗
