To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一般嘅扒餐

諗住平平地食個扒餐，於是來到大家樂，唉咗個『三重滋味鐵板: 蜜糖雞扒‧紐倫堡腸‧海鮮棒』，再加多個『楊枝甘露冰』。雖然大家樂係快餐點，但係等嘢食嘅時間同普通餐廳差唔多，今次等呢個扒餐都要等足15分鐘。嘢食搞掂之後，一淋黑椒汁，個鐵板仲有『渣渣』聲咁威。因為喺鐵板上，所以啲菜同意粉底部都燒到燶晒硬晒。塊雞扒嘅 size 其實同早餐咁上下，但係今次有埋腸仔海鮮棒意粉餐同餐包同埋飲品，所以食完都好飽。因為『杯楊枝甘露冰』唔係落咗好多冰，所以唔係好夠凍。
