To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚食呢間叫明順嘅菜館,睇佢都係食啲大排檔風味嘅野食,都係朋友介紹,原來佢女朋友阿媽住麗閣邨長沙灣站A出口,上到去行兩步就係,六點半左右去到,空位幾多,可能仲早,加上閒日,朋友話星期日呢間野要等位。呢間野坐得幾舒服,冷氣夠。我地兩個人,叫左半隻吊燒雞、芝士汁海蝦伊麵底同炒白菜仔,兩個飯兩罐可樂先黎左白菜仔先,幾重味下,炒得ok嘅份量都幾多之後黎蝦,芝士汁水汪汪,唔係杰身,已fail蝦亦唔太新鮮,,成條蝦腸冇挑燒雞皮脆,肉尚嫩,但髀位有啲唔夠熟埋單$428,係略貴,但呢類菜館係咁上下,味道可以嘅,正常。想提下一開始坐低已經有個阿叔過黎落單,係咁介紹荀殼魚,但我地都聽唔到佢講乜幾搞笑,唔討厭嘅
