To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黑松露汁鴛鴦扒焗飯 $62揀左炒飯底，乾身得嚟有啲蛋香，口感唔錯。黑松露嗰種香氣真係好頂癮，又香又吸引，估唔到配落焗飯度都幾夾。芝士都畀得足，係可以拉絲嘅。普通茶餐廳豬扒、雞扒，整體感覺幾好食。咖哩牛坑腩飯 $63牛腩俾得都幾多，入口都交軟淋，好好咬，牙力冇咁大嘅都唔怕。咖哩辣辣地，對我嚟講啱啱好，而且香味夠濃，配飯食一流。但係個飯比較濕身，感覺落得太多水，口感唔係咁好。牛乳草莓 $12加配咗個特色飲食品，牛奶用嚟解解辣都唔錯，少量果肉，味道偏甜，就係價錢略貴。
