To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2星期前Book既晚餐,見有多多食評咁正面,所以試下食點知...種類好多但無樣精,首先到場見大家都去海鮮區,咁跟大圍首選海鮮,店方做得好好就是由職員取分發給食客,一來夠衞生,二來避免食客取過量而浪費,但店方用一大湯碗放海鮮,蝦,麵包蟹,螺,龍蝦,大蝦,青口;試想像下一碗放多樣野,真係好似監躉放餐,很難看,盡管食物多美味,已無食慾。再講下生蠔,一早開定不緊要,但質素參差不齊,每次2隻,我取了2隻蠔BB口道,但我同枱朋友2隻肥美大蠔。接住講魚生,店方好好用冰塊墊底,魚生放上面,但我忘記取醬汁,所以行多一轉,回來冰已溶,冰水已浸了魚生。到片皮鴨,跟本無機會試,因為限量出一次一早沽清,我問限量為何訂位或帶位職員沒有提及過。一連串既情況,已影響全過程嘅心情,所以其他不用提。想信我不會再用六百幾蚊再試。
