To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為友人是機場工作人員 , 可以率先在這裡享有半價優惠 , 於是一行十大兩小便組隊來試食 . 餐廳環境 OK , 有半隱蔽式卡位 , 大檯兩旁用物料分隔開 , 有類似坐進房間的感覺 , 提高不少私隱度 , 可惜樓底不高 . 食物水準一般 , 冷盤有龍蝦 , 長蟹腳 , 貝殼類 , 魚生和壽司 , 都是很普通的酒店 BUFFET 提供的食物 , 無驚喜 . 反而中菜熱盤類味道不錯 , 例如荷豆炒帶子 , 燒肉 , 點心的乾蒸燒賣都不俗 . 甜品類亦沒有大突破 , 離不開那裡都有的朱古力噴泉 , 切得小巧的蛋糕 , 還有 Haagen Dazs 雪糕 .服務水準不大穩定 , 有時會很配合地收碟 , 倒水 ; 但有些時候過了很久都沒有一個侍者走過 , 要遠遠地揚手一段時間才能找到人來倒水 總括來說 , 若然收正價 , 我不會再來 .半價後每人約 230.00P.S. : 駕車前往很方便 , 門口有車位提供 .
