To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突然想吃譚仔三哥，就來到尖沙咀三哥譚仔吃。而剛好遇到點2個餸加飲品會送多一個餸，然後每次來三哥必點的三哥酸辣湯底，今次配雞肉、魚片、肉醬，配檸檬茶，再加了一份大的土匪雞翼。首先配料雞肉、魚片、肉醬都可以，但這間的三哥酸辣湯底，不夠濃，不夠辣不夠酸，只有顏色，好像在吃清湯，覺得有點神奇!但土匪雞翼是好吃，依舊在水準內。另外，店內枱與枱空間頗大，要提一提店內我看到沒有很多人，但客人吃完的地方有未清，覺得有點不整潔。
