To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近期喜歡上食崩沙腩河，周圍去搵來試下，今次岩岩去左天后既八寶清湯腩，正好午飯時間，舖外面有出現排隊情況，大約等左15-20分鐘左右，坐低之後點左個崩沙腩河粉同淨牛丸，來到之後賣相有點同其他地方食既崩沙腩唔一樣。湯底應該加左少量藥材，令到有藥膳既味道，失去左腩汁既濃郁，亦令到蘿蔔唔夠入味，致於崩沙腩是方方正正的，是否雪藏呢？口感唔夠腍，什至有D靱，總括來講個人認為一般般，有D名過其實，可能因為正值午飯時間，令到有點失準。
