To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友是是旦旦搵間餐廳食野，見佢選擇都好多，仲要有好多唔同款式焗薯好似好好味 一入到去就好紅卜卜，因為所有沙發椅都係鮮紅色，可以因為燈光暗暗咁，令人有種感覺唔係好乾淨，加上張餐牌油油地咁 套餐包餐湯、蒜蓉包同熱飲，點咗2個餐一個係雜菌意大利飯、豬肋骨焗薯羅宋湯味道正常，蒜蓉包好硬好明顯就係焗咗好耐放定哂係度既、意大利飯既分量唔多，女仔食都覺得唔多味道偏淡菇味唔濃，失望，而豬肋骨焗薯就好味道好多，分量都唔係話好多，一個薯仔加半分豬肋骨成餐食咗$200呢個價錢唔算平
