To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

走了一圈，結果選中了這間。叫了豬頸肉炒金邊粉和海南雞飯。炒金邊粉挺好吃，甜甜的，不知道正常不，但挺好吃的，但粉量太少，豬頸肉大約有4,5件左右，有一些芽菜。海南雞飯我很失望，雖然才$40,但相比其它同層同行雞要差一些，給的部位大部份是胸，腿的只有幾片，而且腿和胸都不怎麼嫩滑，份量也挺少，飯正常吧，若想吃海南雞飯不推薦吃這間。最後，服務態度倒是挺好的，有笑容很容氣，等了挺久還會在拿餐時跟你說不好意思。
