To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 禮拜六中午同友仔嚟到葵芳呢間大快活午膳,呢間大快活都算大,可能係星期六嘅關係,餐廳唔算太爆,唔係太難揾位。叫左個沙薑鷄飯($50)配熱咖啡,沙薑係用一隻黑色四方形膠碟仔另上,但因為一開始實在畀得太少,要問餐廳再攞多一碟,但仍然偏少。沙薑係沙薑鷄嘅靈魂,唔夠沙薑真係好扣分。鷄肉都唔會太韌,不過食落有少少翻蒸或蒸得比較耐嘅感覺,鷄味亦屬一般。熱咖啡就唔錯,夠香濃幼滑。因爲主角失色,就算地方好座,咖啡唔錯,但呢餐嘅感覺只屬一般。

熱咖啡就唔錯,夠香濃幼滑。

因爲主角失色,就算地方好座,咖啡唔錯,但呢餐嘅感覺只屬一般。
