To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一般般嘅滷味串

每次掃街我都會食滷味串，之前係葵廣食開元朗鬼巴士，今次去先發現原來已經執左行行下發現呢間緣味之家都有得食滷味串，就試下啦。.我叫左兩串滷味，分別係豬生腸同八爪魚，價錢唔記得 exactly 幾錢，好似係$8-$10/一串，呢個價錢都算平嘅。.兩串滷味食落都算爽口，八爪魚個串就偏硬身，我自己就鍾意食腍身少少嘅滷味。不過，重點係兩串都無咩味，滷得唔夠時間，所以食到嘅只係啲芥辣甜醬嘅味。.係葵廣咁多其他好食嘅野嘅情況下，我未必會再食😕
