To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 斑腩煲好夠味道,尤其係個汁,當中有D大大條既薑和蔥,屋企人覺得好食,但我唔食既,而斑腩好入味,完全吸曬個汁D味道,外皮雖然唔脆,韌韌地都一樣好食,里面既魚肉亦都好嫩滑。滷水鵝係最好食既,入曬味,鵝肉鮮嫩,無骨啖啖肉,但豆腐就淨係得個表皮有味,入面就淡而無味,而且唔夠滑,滷水蛋既質地有D實淨,蛋黃好粉,但係蛋都係唔入味。鮮魷炒得o岩o岩好,既熟又嫩,可惜份量比較少,而我唔係好喜歡入面有小小草菇,草腥味都幾勁,D菜芯就炒得幾好食,火侯好夠,由於是例牌,。炒飯味道好濃,甚至有小小偏咸,另外個炒飯唔夠干身,有小小油膩既感覺,但肉碎份量好足料,當中還有蛋同小小好似雪菜,所有野配搭起上黎都唔錯既。反沙芋就一般般啦,由落單起要等10分鐘,沙糖夠多,好甜,一拎出黎既時侯好燙口,但重點係芋頭唔粉,食落有小小爽口,應該係食材本身既問題,之前幾次食都係好粉。
