與媽媽去完明愛覆診,路經此甜品店,老人家想吃,於是入去惠顧。店舖下午三時才開,我們四時到達,店內已有兩檯客。媽媽選了生磨合桃糊,我就選了寧波芝麻湯圓配濃薑水。店內職員只有一位女士,落單煮糖水收銀都是她,落單後要等一會。客人也開始多,全店只有七張檯,很快滿座。合桃糊先來,淡淡的棕色,看上去似乎很綿密。我嚐了一口,口感確是軟滑,合桃味是有的但不濃郁,媽媽就覺得粉較多。甜度就適中。寧波芝麻湯圓配濃薑水,因為要煮湯丸,所以要遲些才上檯。一碗有五粒,屬於小湯圓,湯圓皮很軟綿綿,又帶點黏糯,口感不錯,餡內滿滿的芝麻破皮而出滑進口內,氣味香濃。薑水也算濃郁有薑味,但辣味只是一般。
