To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中學時成日去元氣同媽咪食下午茶，一件軟殻蟹手卷同其他壽司就已經填飽個肚。因為我唔食魚生，所以我唔知新唔新鮮，但我會知d炸物脆唔脆。以前就覺得元氣好好食，但可能食過其他好食既日本餐廳，覺得元氣壽司都唔算好好食🙈🙈🙈又或者而家嘴叼，唔會咩都覺得好食～哈哈雖然全部食物係即叫即整，但係d紫菜同d炸物都唔係好脆，d壽司又細件左好多但係價錢都唔算貴既，普普通通既價錢，食物自然都係普普通通架啦😂😂😂另外，都有個得意既地方，就係佢係用小火車運我order左既壽司去我面前，幾得意架~
