To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過見到呢間孖寶越南湯河嘅裝修同一般湯河店都幾唔同，又新淨又光猛，就決定試下。嘢食以湯河同小食例如蝦卷、米紙卷同雞翼等為主，我就嗌咗個生牛肉湯河黎試下。上枱嗰陣啲生牛肉已經差唔多全熟，同餐牌嘅相差得有啲遠，不過賣相都算唔錯。啲湯飲落唔會太咸，相信唔係落咗好多味精。所有餸嘅份量都幾多，芽菜都幾大條同好新鮮，河粉不過不失，牛肉反而有啲un，冇咩牛肉味。當時舖頭只有兩枱人，所以個店員就一路同另一個客吹水。吹水本身都冇咩問題，但係佢哋真係旁若無人，超級大聲，所以我食完就拿拿林走人。食物質素唔係特別高，服務質素麻麻，應該唔會再食第二次。
