經過油麻地的一豆花分店,被門口等外賣的人龍吸引了,天氣凍冰冰心思思入去坐底要碗飯後甜品以豆花為基礎,再配不同中式糖水衍生出有不少變化,都算係以豆花發揮出創意要試真豆花的味道,當然係食原味豆花的口感好順滑但豆味欠逢更奇怪的是石膏味其實都不重反而係冇味感覺唔到自己係食緊豆腐花薑汁不太多但勝在可自行加上另外仲叫左配因為係推介所以一試,不過普普通通口感係糊狀甜甜地但冇咩薏米銀杏味
