To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

買到買一送一,隔幾年再去茶園,首先燈光相當昏暗,看不清食物,廚師服務員又怱忙走來走去,易撞到人又令氣氛緊張。生蠔二款試過冇乜唔同,薄身。威靈頓牛扒和羊架細塊,另外汁煮肉羊牛豬賣相麻麻。魚子最後只加了一次。鵝肝醬味道好濃。叫了白汁和芝士龍蝦,廚師送了一批來但服務員消失了,等了一會我要主動叫另一服務員去分發,龍蝦就涼了。湯冇左龍蝦湯,換了海鮮湯較酸。Grand Hyatt甜品出名但buffet甜品種類少。雪糕較特色的咸旦黃和奶茶冇咗,抹茶味較苦。生日有特色甜品。到最後叫了茶,但發現一開始枱上係無糖等調味品。總體對Tiffan食物和服務質素大打折扣。
