To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一般 食地方 水煮魚絕對唔會再嗌

除咗個水煮魚之後其他都唔錯ge,, 不過個價錢係食地段lo,, 味道其實覺得好一般 (((服務都一般la)))個炒飯幾香ge,, 有蝦同鴨肉絲,, 唔錯個燻魚其實都幾好味,, 不過真係好細舊... 偏油,, 不過如果出街食,, 又係係le d地段ge餐廳,, 我會expect特別d ge煮法。errr... 或者擺碟令d lo.....片皮鴨烤得唔錯ge,, 不過都係唔係話好出色 一講到片皮鴨就諗起佢個d lo。師傅刀功麻麻, 切到d肉好似磚仔唔係薄片同埋好細塊 (((個人喜好薄切同大塊,, 水煮魚真係好唔得似係撈出嚟多過煮,, 得個麻味,, 唔係香辣 水油又係分開ge魚就滑ge,, 不過咁煮法真唔好味 唔會再嗌佢係配粉,, 不過真係齋粉 咩都無 好”掛”,, 如果有返d芽菜呀,, 其他配菜都好呀 .... 算la,, le碟真心唔得
