叫了一碗豬骨,習慣了食拉麵前飲一淡湯,第一淡湯很滾很熱像飲熱開水。肉ok。蛋做到溏心,但唔入味。麵,入口冇問題,但落肚後,口腔好似有種食雲吞麵時才會有的梘水感覺。最出色的是個湯,一開似飲滾水,但食到差唔多食完時,個湯就變濃湯..有變化~技巧高超~香港而家拉麵店林立,坦白講,真係要加把勁,仲有好大既進步空間~
