To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向愛吃壽司的我，第二次黎到屯門分店食，八點鐘拎飛，等到九點幾先有位，如果唔係因爲有會員生日折扣，都唔會等咁耐。一如既往，點左至愛嘅珍寶皇帝蟹柳，海膽，帶子，腐皮，玉子同炸蝦卷等。一點完野食唔夠兩分鐘，壽市就經高速線送到面前，海膽同帶子都好新鮮，尤其是帶子肉好厚，encore左多次，值得推介。每次食炸蝦卷我都會另叫沙律醬點黎食，但令人失望的是食落是凍的。吉列蠔花卷，第一次叫黎食(本來都十五十六叫唔叫，怕同炸蝦卷一樣唔熱)，賣相吸引，但蠔只是小小暖，都係唔係即叫即炸。建議如果大家黎食，預早等位，同埋唔好叫咁多炸野食。

每次食炸蝦卷我都會另叫沙律醬點黎食，但令人失望的是食落是凍的。


吉列蠔花卷，第一次叫黎食(本來都十五十六叫唔叫，怕同炸蝦卷一樣唔熱)，賣相吸引，但蠔只是小小暖，都係唔係即叫即炸。
