To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日冇飯帶,就join埋同事食飯,原本諗好咗食叉燒飯,但係好多鋪頭都收咗爐,咁就轉軚食越南嘢啦食越南嘢我就走叫咗個咖哩牛筋腩飯好在都夠多汁同牛筋腩,但咖哩汁就偏甜同埋椰汁味重咗,牛腩比我想像中好食,都冧同入味提外話,呢間嘢一個醬汁都冇我D同事,撈檬,海南雞飯全部都漏曬冇比到汁,我呢碗咖哩汁救全家可以4個人Share D汁去送飯,所以都叫做大份
