看到一蚊優惠,反正今天下午在新蒲崗,順便在此晚餐。由紅A行過來,平日時段,未有客滿,可馬上入座。古法羊腩煲 細    將有冷空氣到港,所以選擇羊腩煲。羊肉早已煮好,以小火爐在枱上加熱,保證熱辣辣。羊肋條,羊腩肉,支竹,馬蹄,菇,原來煲底墊有多件白蘿蔔。羊肉不太硬,唔羶,柱候醬不太濃郁,不會過鹹,無需配白飯。金銀蛋浸時蔬 沒有莧菜,唯有選菜心。菜心清甜,無苦味。黃金磚脆豆腐本以為是普寧,原來是粒粒炸豆腐。厚實的黃金外皮夠香脆,豆腐當然熱辣辣。   炸皮很乾身,油份不多,即使沾上喼汁,喼汁也沒有遺留過多油花。而碟子底部不算太油膩,沒有<瓊>油。來到最尾一口,炸豆腐仍是乾乾爽爽。很喜歡這個少油的脆豆腐。生菜包配惹味炒鴨崧  總覺得羊腩煲不夠飽,再加一份小食。鴨崧,應該是來自片皮鴨,配上萵苣粒,彩椒粒,唐芹粒,整體香甜惹味 。直接舀出一匙在生菜上,放入口,全部材料細細粒,容易咬。原來可以唔要花生!!!!
