To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為了一蚊鴿優惠, 一家3口到此晚餐.  此店重新裝修, 應該會變靚左! 變為稻香?茶居?  提前在430拎籌, 逛逛街, 530於店門等叫NUMBER, 職員安排入座.  每枱配有一個煲水專用機, 真係落重本.....   雖然係一蚊鴿, 但茶位是13個大洋.   餐具油漬明顯, 唯有自己仔細清洗. 黑蒜鮑魚汽鍋湯  眼見隔離枱那個燉湯大大盅, 所以點了2份, 3人分享. 原盅燉湯, 可是上枱只是溫暖的湯, 不燙手.  有連殼鮑魚, 花膠2片, 豬肉, 雞件, 還有雞腳呢! 鮑魚彈牙但易咬, 湯頭清甜, 順喉.    皇子乳鴿  以蒸籠上枱, 有乳鴿有蝦片.     先戴上膠手套,  抓起乳鴿, 先把乳鴿頭摘下來, 留給小米獨吞. 註 : 小米喜歡食乳鴿頭呢! 特別是鴿子腦部份. 自己先把乳鴿四肢撕下來, 慢慢細嚐...  其實乳鴿四肢太瘦了,,,,, 肉質不多, 但有乳鴿皮的油香潤澤, 整體口感尚算OK. 但來到鴿胸部份, 就是考驗肉質的關鍵了. 肉質不算太結實, 加上乳鴿是剛燒好, 原個上枱, 肉汁精華就封住鴿身裡, 所以令鴿胸肉質依然嫩滑.     另外也點了金銀蛋莧菜  嚐過油

另外也點了金銀蛋莧菜  
嚐過油脂豐富的乳鴿, 要一鍋青菜扮健康. 
莧菜夠清甜無苦味, 有鹹蛋加持, 就連奄尖的小米也多夾几著.  
小米肯食菜, 真係還得神落.      
全單2百多, 每人75.16元. 7點離開之時, 店門仍有多人在等候呢!
