To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 燒鵝的外皮香脆,內裡肉質鮮嫩多汁,帶有濃郁的醬香和烤香。但燒鵝偏瘦,沒什麼肉可吃🥹龍蝦上湯伊麵,龍蝦的鮮美與濃郁的上湯結合,龍蝦肉質嫩滑,伊麵口感彈牙,吸滿湯汁,口感非常豐富。瑤柱煮翠玉瓜西蘭,瑤柱可能沒有釋放出足夠的鮮味,整體味道稍顯平淡。鮑魚炆冬菇生菜,冬菇有點彈牙,生菜保持清脆,鮮味一般,只吃到濃濃的芡汁。沙巴龍躉魚,魚肉質地較韌,不如其他魚類那麼嫩滑。整體食物質素有進步空間🙈

最抵食應該係乳鴿 $5x/2隻味道幾好 略咸左少少其次蒸奶黃糕都幾好食 唔會好甜但其他點心黎到都略為唔係好夠熱炸芝麻球本來幾有期望,但一咬係凍的🥹如果熱辣辣入面流沙,會大大加分服務上幾好有需要時啲姐姐都好快手幫忙上乳鴿時都細心有埋較剪 方便食用

同朋友諗住星期六夜晚過嚟宵夜,見到羊腩煲都幾抵食,$38有齊晒羊腩腐竹馬蹄竹筍,食完羊腩煲仲可以加水打邊爐,邊爐配料有六折,但係質素就麻麻哋。諗住羊肉片都幾抵食,但係上到嚟全部都係黑嘅,同staff反映咗一次,好唔情願幫我哋換咗,但係更加似只係反轉咗本身嗰份,個底都係好黑,再同我哋解釋啲羊肉本身血水凝結咗就會變黑色,但係其實之前食咗咁多次都冇呢個問題,最後都係同佢講退咗就算。明白做到咁平都冇特別要求啲咩好好嘅質素,但係唔係好明顯有問題都話冇問題,換完一次都係咁,叫做好少少,或者甚至乎只係反轉咗入面扮見唔到啲黑色就算。

服務態度超級差,離晒譜,食物錯枱就鬧客,自己入錯單就唔認,門口兩職員只傾計,不開卡不收錢,傾完計先做野。這家稻香酒樓,用餐體驗令人失望。首先,服務員對顧客的關注度極低,點菜等待時間長,甚至需要自己去尋找服務員。餐點終於上桌慢,食物的溫度不佳。此外,服務員的態度也讓人感到不悅,對我們的詢問不耐煩,缺乏基本的禮貌。最糟的是,結賬時出現錯誤,服務員毫無歉意,讓我們感到被忽視。整體而言,這家酒樓的服務質量讓人極度失望,不會再光顧。

我突然想食龍蝦伊麵, 隨意入左一間酒樓到睇結果要4xx先落到樓, 真心覺得一餐飯5洗咁豪氣既。。。朋友就幫我上網搵邊到有得食然後就發現稻香出左個龍蝦盛宴上湯波士頓龍蝦伊麵 $99/份打電話查詢後就衝過黎食個龍蝦伊麵味道可以接受當你睇住個價錢去食既話, 未去到要話難食真的還可以接受另外失望既係這個無芝士 無芝士 無芝士要芝士就要叫另一個貴貴的龍蝦就如圖所睇, 一隻開半處理伊麵其實偏少, 兩人食係5夠食兩人食, 每人一碗多點點既伊麵龍蝦既份量味道都正常茶芥加一之後, 總數$140只係應付心血來潮的話, 這個係平價之選
