To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 三月四日 (星期二)在銅鑼灣,早前留意港鐵出口對面的富臨飯店阿一鮑魚已變成翠華原來,是搬到一街之隔的信和廣場是晚得友人相約,前來飯聚,品嚐一下新店的質素頭盤三小碟,雖說是小碟,但份量一點也不少當中最喜歡的,是富特色的福建豬肉捲內裡釀了豬肉,馬蹄和蔥粒,吃起來豬肉甘香豐腴又夾雜著爽口的馬蹄,質感不俗更難得的,是做得不油膩,吃得更愉悅三款中較普通的,反而是挺期待的蜆芥鯪魚球炸成金黃色,質感尚算彈牙,不過魚肉味則稍欠另一道則是開胃的蒸蝦乾頭抽其實這道菜式製法簡單,在家也可以自己弄蝦乾的鮮味與頭抽的咸香挺配合,實在是開胃前菜接著來碗湯水,是晚有西洋菜生魚煲豬踭這碗老火湯非常足料,生魚味道尤其突出,味道香濃不膩入主菜,是其中一道招牌菜天白菇扣鵝掌小丸子不吃鵝掌,只試了其中的天白菇其實一直也不太愛吃菇類,但一試無妨厚身的天白菇,吸收了濃郁稠身的鮑汁,非常美味不得不讚阿一的鮑汁,鮮味滿溢,能大大提昇配菜的鮮味另附上的爽口生菜,放進了鮑汁,頓時也變成佳餚食友們更點了白飯,實行來個鮑汁撈飯愛吃魚但又怕魚骨,這糖醋菘子龍躉球非常適合小丸子龍躉球的肉質嫰滑,炸得不乾身,炸漿也薄薄的再淋上酸酸甜甜的糖醋醬,鮮
