見到朋友去北非Morocco的旅遊照片,就引起我想去這個充滿神秘色彩的傳奇國家,到底在香港有沒有摩洛哥菜吃?原來在Soho有一家米芒蓮推介的Le Souk。繽紛的用色和裝修都充滿著異國風情。先喝喝酒,red wine 和white wine,伴小食青橄欖,感覺已經開始在旅行了。Zaaluk ($75)是摩洛哥的經典菜式,用茄子做的,但感覺像南瓜蓉多一點,味道甜甜地。Pita bread 熱上,軟熟有嚼勁,蘸Zaaluk食。Roasted fresh fig salad ($105)一看到無花果就忍不住點了,沙律菜新鮮,配上帶橙味醬汁和蜜糖,口感好清新,加上goat cheese,味道更豐富。Lamb Tagine ($190)用上陶鍋做燉菜是摩洛哥當地代表性的器皿,Tagine有羊肉、雞肉、海鮮、蔬菜等可以揀,今次試下羊肉先。羊肉很大塊炆得很嫩很入味,醬汁用的香料和加了杏脯和梅干,都是摩洛哥獨有風味,薯仔也很好吃。Cous cous with vegetables ($120)蔬菜湯濃郁,有好多蔬菜,配北非小米Cous cous,別看它米型細小,營養價值高,低卡高纖,而且口感特別,夾r
