星期日,happy family day,諗住同父母試下屏山名人所開的新café,點知摸門釘。好在屏山都有其他好野食,於是我地無心插柳下就食左”屏山老地方”啦早在佢仲係舊址既時候已經一路想食,但次次都唔啱時候,好多人等。今次等左15分鐘左右就入得去啦,新舖有兩邊,我地去左果邊係冇收銀既,所以食完之後都會去返另一邊埋單。我地果邊有11個位左右,迫又唔算太迫,但如果個個都係男人,地方就窄d啦我地3個人分別叫左3樣野,本身媽咪想試蝦堡,但咁啱冇晒,唯有叫3個肉餅飯叫左芒果煎肉餅,松露牛肝菌肉餅,同六重芝士肉餅好香,芒果唔會太酸,少少酸酸甜甜幾醒胃,同表面香脆既肉餅好夾,但朋友之前食係芒果蓉,今次我地係半舊芒果既一上台就聞到好香既松露味,牛肝菌就咁分開食冇咩味,但整體唔錯,肉餅唔乾兩塊厚肉餅,裡面有芝士,頂上面又有芝士碎,賣相吸引。雖然食唔出係咩芝士打咩芝士,切開仲有少少拉絲,其實一啖食唔晒兩層,中間有層芝士脆脆地,好似芝腿法包既感覺,芝士味濃,鹹鹹香香,但又唔會覺得膩。不過食完大半之後,突然覺得自己好似食緊pizza 咁3個肉餅都好好食,肥瘦肉份量平均,食落好有口感,又keep到肉餅應有既j

3個肉餅都好好食,肥瘦肉份量平均,食落好有口感,又keep到肉餅應有既juicy,肉質頗嫩滑,唔怪得有d人真係會山長水遠走入黎食。我覺得連豉油都唔使落夠晒味
