To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大發餐廳開心菜館佢另外一個名係奶茶王，呢度以好味ge奶茶見稱，今日嚟到就叫左一個鮮牛肉福面，鹹牛肉奄烈加多士同一個扒芝士治，當然唔少得一杯熱奶茶。先講嘢食，佢啲嘢食就普普通通唔算難食但係又唔會話太過特別同出色，其實同普通茶餐廳冇乜分別，唯一覺得比較好味嘅係扒芝士治，炕過嘅麵包加上軟熟嘅芝士食落幾好味，佢個麵都算大碗，而且都多鮮牛肉。至於個奶茶，飲落確實比出邊普通茶餐廳嘅好味，茶底相對濃郁，不過就冇想像中咁好味有少少失望。總結係行過經過都可以試吓，不過如果要特登入嚟就要認真諗諗因為佢個地方都有d遠😂
