出糧要同媽媽食飯,搵個間新加坡嘅福建菜試,香港好少機會有呢類菜式,而媽媽表示好滿意今次餐飯😂據說係一年只有一次嘅水紫菜,作為前菜係酸酸地又幾開胃貌似好簡單嘅菜,但食落魚仲勁滑嫩,佢用少少薑去除腥味,但薑味唔會蓋過魚嘅味道,仲有我忍唔住係咁飲佢個魚湯🤤好得同我地平時食到嘅麵好唔同,芡汁比軟多,一上到黎媽媽問我點解咁😂但食落又話好味,因為用到好多蜆,個汁好甜,好少機會可以食咁傳統嘅菜又係岩口味最近餐廳主打紅菇,門口已經有紅菇嘅booth😃據說紅菇營養價值好高,紅菇炆豆皮裡面係天然色素,食落去已經覺得好補將炸過嘅芋頭用糖炒,甜甜地包住芋頭😀我同母親大人爭住食,飽到上腦都爭唔住食多舊臨走餐廳嘅員工仲同我講有薑茶飲,係佢地每日煲,唔會太甜,薑味係剛好,唔會太辣人人都接受到個種
