To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去大家樂試新推的霜花牛板燒飯($35)加$4.5轉雪糕涼粉紅豆冰端回座位時鐵板温度極高,正吱吱作響,賣相討好眼見粉紅色的牛肉漸漸變色令人急不及待想大快朵耳!拌好蜜糖汁後終於可開餐,入口先嚐到的是很香的黑椒味,蜜糖汁的味道不太突出,作用太抵是增添一份油潤口感!再試一塊牛肉,質素不怎麽樣,有點韌,也許是太熟吧不過咐送的醃漬物很難吃,酸之餘還帶點類似藥水的味道,無法入口雪糕涼粉紅豆冰反而不俗,紅豆煮到起沙,奶的比例剛好亦不會過甜總括而言,一試無妨!
