To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近報紙有大快活coupon, 買下午茶可免費享用咖喱三寶, 今日就來試試豬扒包. 比起大家樂, 個包貴了少少, 唔知質素會否又好少少. 這間大快活, 優勝之處在於人流不算多, 搵位較容易, 環境亦較寧靜.即叫即烘, 等了約三分鐘, 沒想像中咁脆, 包面微脆, 軟身, 欠了包味, 豬扒略細, 加了沙律醬及生菜絲, 味道一般, 整體只能說是僅僅合格. 以這水準, 不可能吸引我食第二次的.餐飲叫了熱咖啡, 味濃而有點苦澀, 口感亦有點單薄, 勉強可以的.咖喱三寶是馬虎之作, 有咖喱的顏色, 而沒有咖喱的味, 汁很稀, 只有辣油的辣味. 三寶有二細粒魚蛋, 三片細豬皮, 及二小件蘿蔔, 免費還可以, 若要茶餐加錢去買, 覺得完全不值的..相對之下, 大家樂豬扒包的味道較佳, 價錢亦較合理.
