To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這家香格里拉米線在群組跟OpenRice都有很多人吹捧，尋日終於有機會一試。但整體來說感覺沒大家說的那麼驚喜….我點了沙嗲BB辣湯底加豬潤雞肉鮮竹蝦春卷。最好食嘅係豬潤，爽滑，可惜比較細塊及薄。雞肉真係好滑，但冇雞味。附上嘅一塊支竹都幾好味，但一塊實在太少。米線本身都唔錯，係比較幼身爽口彈牙。沙嗲湯底…. 點講好呢… 唔係唔好味，但有乜沙嗲味。淨飲湯都可以試到好輕微嘅沙嗲味，但係一個字：甜。好甜，一路食一路嘅感覺就係「甜湯配米線」。鮮竹蝦春卷新鮮炸，但好油…. 味道一般，又唔係南記嗰種咁野味。另一碗係酸辣湯底BB辣加蘿蔔豬腩肉豬腸。比較酸味重，我就唔係咁鍾意🙈豬腩肉係白灼嗰種，唔係食開有滷水嗰種。有點失望。豬腸一般。燒施華力腸…一般…有啲乾，冇乜特別。蒙古大汗烤豬腿…. 肉好鬆，一咬即開，但有啲乾。當日去又冇群組所講嘅disco music. 姐姐們都好有禮貌。
