To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一試難忘之譚仔胡辣

以往我食譚仔三哥米線一般都是清湯的，因為我不太喜歡他們麻辣湯的味道。而今天由於同事極力推薦我去試試胡辣湯底，於是我就外賣了一碗炸醬、貢丸胡辣湯米線。由於我公司附近已經有譚仔三哥米線，所以我沒有要求分湯。而且我覺得不將米線分湯可以讓米線有足夠時間吸收湯底味道，更可口。其實即使不選擇分湯，他們亦會將炸醬分開處理。不過我喜歡將所有炸醬免治豬肉一次過倒進米線內，喜歡看到炸醬是熱騰騰的感覺。胡辣湯有濃濃的胡椒香味，在寒冷天氣下，吃了胡辣湯底米線，頓時覺得整個胃也暖起來。很適合胃寒的朋友。一客貢丸也有四粒，足夠吃飽飽。貢丸有濃濃的豬肉和冬菇味，亦算爽口。
