天氣凍凍地最啱就係去打邊爐 今次係二訪大公別館火鍋,上次食完對佢地的湯底十分回味佢哋啱啱出咗兩個新湯底,一個係火焰鵝鍋一個係冬陰功乳豬鍋🤨聽個名有啲奇怪🤔點樣將乳豬放落火鍋湯底呢?配冬陰功又會唔會好奇怪呢?但有位朋友非常鍾意食蟹,所以我們決定一試🤪上枱兩大隻膏蟹,隻腳仲郁吓郁吓,果然係新鮮即劏,等隻蟹滾熟咗之後,先試一試個湯底😍果然十分有驚喜,湯底少少辣但係相當鮮甜,湯底裏面仲有蜆同蝦,膏蟹十分肥美🦀最特別係個乳豬件,煮左咁耐都唔會散晒,仍然食到乳豬件既爽口,同埋好入味,同個湯底意外地夾😋😋配料在嗌咗好多海鮮,有白鱔,珊瑚蚌貴妃蚌全部同個湯底好夾另外仲叫咗佢地招牌四寶丸,當中我最鍾意都係烏雞丸,出面真係未見過,識落中間有啲雞軟骨好有口感另外在試咗兩款牛,牛頸脊一上到枱已經比朋友搶住食,冇影到相🙂 另外一款日本牛叫薩摩牛幾有驚喜,普通食親日本牛都冇乜牛味,但呢個脂肪比例唔錯得來又有牛味

另外仲叫咗佢地招牌四寶丸,當中我最鍾意都係烏雞丸,出面真係未見過,識落中間有啲雞軟骨好有口感
